Steps

Mix the fish, potato and all the spices

Add the egg, cornflour and mix thoroughly

Divide the mixture, roll into balls

Roll each ball in the flour and then set aside in a fridge to chill for 20 minutes
- 5
Heat oil in a pan then add the fish balls
- 6
Cook for about 10 minutes turning frequently until then are crispy and golden.
