Peel the plantain, wash and slice, pour into a pot of water and set on fire, slice the onions, vegetables,blend the crayfish with some onions, when it starts boiling, you add the fish, the blended crayfish and onions, the maggi, salt pepper but do not stir to avoid burning, when the water is getting thicker you add red oil, then add your vegetables and onions and stir for 15 seconds and your porridge is ready.
