  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 1chopped onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Dania
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Cut Matumbo to pieces then wash thoroughly

  2. 2

    Put to boil till tender. You can use a pressure cooker if you have

  3. 3

    Fry onions till brown, add tomatoes then Matumbo with some soup

  4. 4

    Add salt and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle Dania and let it cool
