Wash your fish well with warm water and salt

Place d fish in a pot, add ur grinded scotch bonnet (attaruhu),garlic and onion

Add spices of ur choice.

Add a little oil and water

Den add half a teaspoon of vinegar (optional) this is to make the fish retain it's shape, without it scattering wen cooked

Den cover and allow it to cook, wen cooked add ur spinach for garnishing or any veggie of ur choice.. Enjoy!!
