Ingredients

1 cup Besan-
1/2 cupSugar -
4 tbspGhee
Dry fruits (optional)
1 tspCordamom powder-

Steps

1

Take a pan.put ghee in it.

Roast besan at slow flame till golden colour.switch off the gas.

Now take plate put roasted besan in it.add water and sugar an mix it very well.

Now switch on the gas and pour besan mixture in the pan.and continuesly stir.add cordamom powder and dry fruits in it.

Hot hot besan halwa is ready.
