Cream sugar n margarine until light n fluffy

Add the eggs one at a time and the essence.

Add the buttermilk n mix with a spatula.

Add the zest n juice n mix well.

Sift flour with baking soda n fold in the batter.

Fill the paper cup 3/4 full.

Bake at 180 for 15-20 mins depending with the oven.
