Steps

Take a wok. Add ghee. Heat. Add Sooji. Roast on low flame till it changes it's colour. Don't roast too much.

Boil milk and sugar in another pan. When Sooji is done. Add dry fruits, raisins and cardamom powder.

Add boiled milk. Keep stirring. No lumps should be there. Cook till halwa leaves the edges.

Enjoy yummy Mahaprasad.
