Cut the cabbage not too small, cut the carrot in triangular shapes, cut the green beans in bit long slant shapes, cut the tomatoes and cut the onions too.

Put your nonstick frying pan on low heat, add little veg oil, add all the veggies, add little water. Stair fry for about 5mins, add the tomatoes, stir for 2mins,add curry and spice to taste.. Sprinkle little floor on it and stir..

Serve with white rice In place of coleslaw or salad..
