Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsAll purpose flour -
  2. 4 tbspRava -
  3. 1 tspCrushed cumin seeds -
  4. 1 tspCrushed black pepper -
  5. to tasteSalt -
  6. 2 tbspClarified butter -
  7. For paste
  8. 2 tbspClarified butter -
  9. 2 tbspCorn flour -
  10. Oil - for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,rava,cumin seeds,black pepper,salt and two tbsp clarified butter and mix well.

    Add little water and make a dough.

    Keep aside for thirty minutes

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add two tbsp clarified butter and two tbsp corn flour and make a paste.

  5. 5

    Divide the dough into balls.

  6. 6

    Roll the three balls into same size and spread the corn flour paste in between.

  7. 7

    Roll the three chapatis and cut into small pieces.

  8. 8

    Press it and roll them.

  9. 9

    Heat enough oil in a pan.

  10. 10

    Add verki puri,lower the heat and fry till light brown.

  11. 11

    Drain in paper napkin.

  12. 12

    Serve with tea.
