Chopp onions,tomatoes and fresh coriander.put onions into the sufuria and fry them until its golden brown

Add tomatoes to the mixture of fried onions allow them to cook for some minutes

Add fresh coriander then add rice allow it to cook for 10 mins

Serve with beans and enjoy the meal
