Take the Wheat Flour and Maida and put it in a cotton cloth.Tie inside and steam the flour for 10 minutes

Now sieve this flour after it's steamed

Now add 2 tbsp Rice Flour,Ginger Chilli Paste,Dahi and all other ingredients except for Oil for frying and make a dough of it.

Put it in a Chakri machine and then fry till crispy.Store in Airtight container.Now it's ready
