Steps

Firstly we make paneer
In a pan boil milk and keep aside for 5 min then add vinegar and stir till milk curdles completely.
Drain the curdled milk and squeeze off excess water. - 2
After 30 minutes, start to knead the paneer for 8 min after that make small balls and flatten. keep aside.

Now make sugar syrup
In a big pan take 1½ cup of sugar add 5 glasses of water and stir well.
boil the syrup for 10 minutes on medium flame. - 4
After that, drop the prepared paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup

Cover and boil for 15 minutes. the paneer balls will have doubled in size, keep aside till it completely cool.

You can serve rasgulla chilled or at room temperature
