Steps

Wash and place d garden egg in a pot on medium heat, put d pepper in a nylon bag and place inside d pot and boil for 10mins.

Once its done,sieve and allow to cool then mash with a potatoes masher or small pestle along with d pepper and set aside.

In a pot on high heat,pour ur oil and bleach till it turns light(u can use vegetable oil but I prefer palm oil cos it give it ds local taste)

Once d oil is bleached,add ur onions and fry for abt 1-2mins.

Then add d garden egg,crayfish,salt and knorr and cook for abt 2-3mins.

Add ur fish and cook for a minute.

Ur garden egg sauce is ready
