In a pan put little oil and make vaghaar of fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds, as it splutters, add papaya, turmeric powder and salt with 1/2 cup water and cook on low flame, when papaya almost done add carrots, mango and chillies and cook little more...
when done add besan mixture keep medium flame stir till it's paste like remove from flame...
