Take a bowl add ghee & powder sugar and whisk till fluffy.

Now add maida and a pinch of baking soda and baking powder and mix well.

Add cardamom powder also.

Now mix nicely with hand and see if lumps are formed are not.If not add more ghee and mix.

Once pliable dough is formed make small balls & flatten them.Arrange on a tray and keep.

Preheat the oven at 180C.And put the tray and bake Naankhatai for 15-18mins.

SURTI NAANKHATAI is ready in minutes!! Store in a airtight container and eat.
