KHANDVI is a popular Gujrati snack
Which is too delicious to taste.
Steps

Combine the besan,curd,salt, turmeric,hing, ginger and chilli paste and 1.5-2 cups water.whisk well, no lumps remain.

Heat some oil in a non stick pan. now add the mixture in it.stir constantly on low heat till it gets thicken.

Put off the flame and spread the batter on a aluminium foil or the back side of.a greased plate to a very thin layer while it's hot.

Now let it cool and cut into the strips.

Now roll these strips very neatly.

Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds. When seeds crackle add sesame seeds,hing, green chillies and curry leaves.Saute it.

Now spread it over the khandvi and garnish with chopped coriander leaves & grated coconut.
