Ingredients

3 servings
  • 15Irish potatoes
  • 1/2kilo liver
  • 3eggs
  • Spices
  • Scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice ur chips

  2. 2

    Wash it and fry and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a pot add oil and fry ur grinded scotch bonnet, garlic n onion

  4. 4

    Add ur spices and cooked diced liver.

  5. 5

    Pour in ur fried Irish potatoes and stir.

  6. 6

    In a bowl whisk ur egg add spices and add to ur chips allow to cook for 3 minutes den stir.. Enjoy
