Sieve the refine flour and baking soda.

Add the ghee and mix it with lightly hand till you get a crumble like texture.

Now add curd and make a dough with adding little water and keep aside for 15 minutes.

For making sugar syrup put sugar and water boil it till one thread sugar syrup is made.

Make a small size balls from dough and press it in the middle with your finger.

Heat oil in a wok on medium flame and deep fry these balls till they turn golden brown in colour on low medium flame.

Add these fried balls in sugar syrup and let them soak for 15 minutes in sugar syrup.

Take them out in plate and garnish with chopped pistachio and almonds.
