Easy savory chicken mushroom best for noodle topping

Soak chinese (shitake) mushroom in hot water for 30 minutes and cut into small pieces

Cut mushroom thinnly

Cut the chicken into small dice and marinate it with salt and pepper for 10 min

Preheat the pan, add oil and garlic. Stir it for 1-2 min with medium fire

Add all mushroom, stir fry for 2 min, add the chicken. Stir fry for 5 min, and add sauce + water
- 6
Let it rest for another 5-7 min with small fire until it boiled. Taste it and ready to serve
