Ingredients

10 mimiutes
  • 300 gmGreen peas peeled
  • 1 tspGinger chopped
  • 1 tspGarlic chopped
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspGhee

Steps

10 mimiutes
  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, cracle it.

  3. 3

    Add garlic,ginger,chilli.satuy it.

  4. 4

    Add Peas,salt,stir it & lid it for 2 miniutes.

  5. 5

    Open the lid add Chaat masala.

  6. 6

    Remove it from the flame.garnish it with ginger julian & red chilli.

  7. 7

    Now green peas it ready to serve.
