Heat a tablespoon of oil Drain excess water from grated cabbage and carrot and keep that liquid aside.

Now combine cabbage, carrot, french beans, 2 green chillies, 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, all purpose flour and 2 tablespoon corn flour, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix them well.

Now heat oil in a frying pan, make small balls of above mixture and deep fry them.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add 2 Green chillies and chopped garlic cloves in it and saute it well.

Now add onion, capsicum and salt in it and saute it till it become soft.

Then add vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce in it and cook it well.

Meanwhile, mix a tablespoon of corn flour in a cup of water and pour it in the above mixture then left vegetable juice and water if required.

Now drop fried balls in this gravy cook it well and switch off the flame.

Your manchurian is ready to serve now.
