Ingredients

1.5hours
  • 1 kgBeef (small slices)
  • 2 stalkcinnamon
  • 5 pcsstar arnise
  • 300 gmcoconuts crumbs
  • 10 pcslemon leaves
  • 5 stalklemon grass
  • 250 gmchili paste
  • 200 gmred onion puré
  • 100 gmgarlic puré
  • 4 pcsgalangal (smashed)
  • 150 gmmadras curry powder
  • 25 gmcardamon
  • 25 gmspicecumin
  • 15 gmturmeric
  • 150 gmbrown sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsalt
  • 300 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed all the ingredients in bowl except water and meat.

    Heat up the pot and add 4 table spoon of cooking oil, pour in the ingredients and stir it well. Cook until we smell the aroma. (around 10min)

    Add in the beef slices and stir well, cook it around 15mins then add in the water in high heat.

    Let it boil in medium heat around 1 hour until the water is reduced then is ready to served.
