I recently started using smoked panla fish for my sauce and soups and its been amazing ... Here is my delicious panla fish egg sauce.

I recently started using smoked panla fish for my sauce and soups and its been amazing ... Here is my delicious panla fish egg sauce.
Steps

Dice tomatoes pepper onions few pieces of garlic and green pepper and set all aside.

Heat veg oil until hot. Pour.in chopped garlic first. Let it fry for 1minute. Then add in onions., tomatoes pepper.

Let it fry for about 10 minutes....make sure u stir frequently so it doesn't get burnt. Then pout in your whisked egg. Let it sit for 3minutes.at the same time, pour in ur washed shredded panla fish...add a little curry and salt /seasoning cubes as preferred.

Next stir gently incorporating all ingridents together and making sure that the egg is well cooked..adjust taste if necessary..

Lastly, pour in your diced green pepper...let it summer for a 1to 2minutes.....

Viola ur delicious sauce is ready. Enjoy it with yam/boiled plaintain/ bread
