Wash the raw meat and cut it into small pieces.

Boil the raw meat with salt for about 45mins.

Fry the meat with oil until it turns brown.

Add onion and continue frying.

Blend the tomatoes and the pepper together then add.

Add soy sauce,royco then stir thoroughly.

Cover for 10mins and allow it to cook,then add pilipili hoho and still cover it.

Serve with kienyeji mboga and ugali while still hot.
