Ingredients

  • All leftover veggies
  • Left over rice
  • Oil
  • 1onion
  • 2Tomatoes n 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • I tsp garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a saucepan add onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add garlic paste when cooked add tomatoes n paste

  3. 3

    Wn ready put in the veggies n mix properly then add the rice n some water.

  4. 4

    Enjoy with the tomato chutney
