Managu
Quite nutritious.
Steps

Wash the managu and leave it for a four minutes to drain excess water.

Put enough cooking oil in a cooking pot and let it heat.

Add the managu to the heated cooking oil and let it cook for a while with salt. Cover it.

Cut onions and tomatoes on top of the managu and let it cook for 3 minutes.

Boil the milk and add it to the prepared managu. Let it heat for three minutes and remove the pot from fire.
- 6
Leave it to cool for a while then serve with hot ugali.
