Cauliflower florets samosa
Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar and oil,keep aside

Now heat oil and temper five spices and ginger along with green chilli

Now add cauliflower florets saute adding salt and cover

Add Potatoes and saute well adding turmeric powder

As the vegetables get soft add mango powder and roasted masala powder,mix well adding sugar

Now switch off and cool it down

Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Divide into two halves and make a cone of it

Now fill it with fried cauliflower and Potatoes mix

Heat oil and fry the samosas and serve hot with sauce or chutney
