  • 2 cupsmaida/all purpose flour
  • 1 tbspcrushed black pepper
  • 1 tbspcrushed cumin
  • 3 tbspoil ghee mix for moyan
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

60 minutes

    Mix all dry materials.

    Add water as required.

    Knead tight dough

    Make small equal size peda out of it.

    Roll out small puri.

    Make marks with fork so it doesn't puff.

    Fry it in hot oil on medium flame until crisp.
