Ingredients

  • 1 kgicing sugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupGlucose syrup
  • 1 spoonGelatin
  • Glycerin
  • Shorting

Steps

  1. 1

    On a bowl sieve your icing sugar

  2. 2

    Over a boiler Add water in a bowl with gelatin and stir

  3. 3

    Add glucose syrup and glycerine to the mixture and continue stirring

  4. 4

    Add your icing sugar and start neading

  5. 5

    On a flat surface need till it has the right consistency

  6. 6

    Divided it into four parts and add your colors

  7. 7

    Apply your shortening to give it the shine
