Sweet potato porridge
Friday Lunch.
Steps

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Blend the pepper, onion, ginger and garlic. Also blend the crayfish (optional). Wash the fish and remove the bone.

Pour palm oil in the pot and heat up. When hot, pour in the blended pepper mixture and allow to fry awhile.

Add water, the cube, salt,crayfish and the fish. Allow to boil for 3-5mins.

Pour in the potatoes and allow to cook.
- 6
Wash and cut the leave. Add the leave when the potatoes is cooked and allow on very low heat to steam. For 5mins
- 7
Lunch is ready.
