Jahangri is colourful juicy and yummy sweet prepared by urad dal batter. You can easily prepared by home like sweet chops.
Steps

Wash and Soak urad dal upto 3 to 4 hours. In a thick bottom vessel add sugar and water to boil for sugar syrup. When it starts to boil add lemon juice and cardamom powder stir constantly,when it comes to thick and one string consistency and food çolour and turn off the gas.

Grind soaked urad dal with little water make thick fine batter. Transfer to bowl and add corn flour and food çolour and mix well. Transfer this batter into zip lock bag and tried with thread or rubber band. Cut the one corner. Heat the oil in a pan and should be low medium flame. Pour the batter as jahangri shape. Flip the jahangri and fry both sides till it turns crisp.

Remove from oil and dip into sugar syrup and soak up to 5 minutes. Remove from sugar syrup and arrange in the serving plate. Jahangri is ready to serve. Enjoy the festival with yummy sweet.
