  2. 1 bunchSpinach
  3. 1 bunchKancera
  4. 1/2 kgLiver
  5. 1large onion
  6. 2large tomatoes
  7. Oil
  8. Corriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the greens thoroughly and finely chop them. Fry them with tomatoes,add salt & enough oil set aside.

    Fry the onions, garlic & liver in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and cook into a thick paste, add corriander as you turn off the heat.

    Serve with Ugali.
