Peel and cut the sweet potatoes,rinse and put in a clean pot.cut onion,blend in crayfish,royco cubes,salt,grated garlic,palmoil,water(let the water not cover the sweet potatoes)

Boil for 15minutes stir with spartula and cover again after 5min the porriage will form taste for salt.
