Take a pan and put some oil and add jeera, curry leaf, dry methi dana, roast at low flame.

Add paste of onion ginger green chilli tomato and mix it well at medium flame after ten minutes add water and add boiled mashed potatoes.

Garnish with curander leaves and add garam masala now aloo sbzi is ready to be served.

Puri: wheat flour, salt, kali mirch, ajwain, oil. normal water.

Take wheat flour in a bowl now add salt kali mirch ajwain and some drop of oil mix it well.

Now add water and make a tight dough, leave it for ten minutes, now puri dough is ready to make.
