Milk Powder Malai Chamcham

In a handi take milk, & start boiling.

Put the oven on steamer, stir the boiling milk continuously.

Continue boiling till the milk reduce to 1/4.

Once done, put off the oven, & take it out.

To prepare chamcham, in a bowl add milk powder, backing powder,ghee & mix well.

Add 1 beaten egg & mix well.

Add green cardamom powder, mix well,& rest for 5 mins.

After 5 mins, grease your palm with some ghee & make chamcham

In a pan add full fat milk & start boiling.

Add sugar to taste, saffron, green cardamom powder & mix well.

Once milk start boiling add chamcham, cover it up with lid & simmer the oven.

After 2/3 mins do little bubbling.

After 5/6 mins chamcham will be bigger in size.

Push the chamcham gently with laddle.

After 12 mins add pre cook malai & mix, & cook for another 5 mins.

After 5 mins switch off the oven.

Serve it chill.
