Ingredients

3_4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp chocolate powder
1 cup maida
1 tbspcocoa powder
1/2 cuprefind oil
200 gmcondensed milk
1 tbspbaking powder
1/4 tbspbaking soda
1/4 cupwater

Steps

Firstly seive all dry ingredients...take a bowl beat the sugar and refind oil.add condensed milk and beat 5 min.

Now add all dry Ingredients and water.. slowly slowly and mix cut and fold step....

Now pour the mixture in cake tin..and bake it
