In flat bottom thali add ghee and whip with your hand till it's fluffy(5 mins). Add sugar powder and again whip the mixture till it fluffy (5-7 mins)

Add cardamom powder,wheat flour, semolina, almonds powder,mix well..and mix well make medium soft dough. Take a small portion from prepared mixture,roll into ball and flatten it slightly & lightly,similarly make more from prepared mixture.Arrange them in baking tray.

Preheat oven on high temperature for 10 mins.Place the prepared baking tray,bake nankhatais for 25-30 mins on 180 temperature. Cool & store in airtight jar.
