1 bowlBoiled & mashed sweet potato
200 gmMaida
2 tbspSugar powder
Oil for fry+2tbsp
Green cardamom-4
to tasteSalt

Take a bowl add maida,salt,sugar&oil,mix it well,and crumbled nicely.Than add mashed sweetpotato mix it well,add little water knead a dough.Than makes balls&deep fry.

Sweet potato bora is ready.If u wants u can deep it on sugar syrup.&named it as sweet potato gulab jamun.
