Just needed another sauce of protein instead of meat or fish
Cooking Instructions

Wash and cook rice

Blend tomatoes pepper and onions for stew
- 3
Make stew, I used palm oil, I love it
- 4
Boil eggs and add to the stew
- 5
Wash and cut carrots and green beans
- 6
Cook in little water, with a Teaspoon baking powder for 2 mins
- 7
Strain and return to pan
- 8
Toast with little butter and salt
- 9
Serve hot and enjoy
