Ingredients

  1. 2 lbchanterelles
  2. 1 tablespoonbutter from grass fed cows
  3. 2garlic cloves
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean mushrooms with bristle brush and knife

  2. 2

    Heat butter on a skillet

  3. 3

    Add crashed garlic

  4. 4

    Add chanterelles and sauté for 5-7 minutes mixing periodically

  5. 5

    Add salt and mix
