Ek bowl mein suji daale phir usme curd daal kar mix Karein or tora tora pani daal kar paste bana le.

Ab usme barikh chop vegetables daal kar mix kar le. Phir salt, Kali mirch powder, gram masala daal kar acche se mix kar le or 1/2 hour ko dakh kar rakh de.

Ab usme chopped green chilli, ginger paste dhniya daale or eno daal kar mix kar le.

Dusari taraf ek karai mein pani daal kar gram hone rakh de. Jab pani gram ho jae to usme ek katori rakh de.

Phir choti thali laker usse oil se chikni kar le or suji ka ghol daal kar fala le. Phir karai mein katori ke uppar thali rakh kar 1 plate se dakh de.

Phale 5 min high flame par pakaye phir 10 min low flam par. Beech beech mein check karte rahein.

Ab dakhe ki dhokla acche se full gya ho to gas band karke thali ko bahar nikaal le.

Phir charo side se kinare thali se hatta kar kisi plate mein palat le or koi bi shape ke cutter se dhokla ko cuts kar le.

Ab ek pan mein oil daal kar gram Karein or usme mustard seeds or curry patta daal kar bhun le or dhokla ke uppar daal kar fala le.
