Steps

Heat ghee in a kadhai.

Roast the besan for 2-3 minutes in kadhai.

Now add the wheat flour in it. Roast it.

After the wheat flour start giving a nice fragrance, switch off the gas.

Now add the chopped dry fruits in it.

Mix it well and keep it aside.

Now caramelize the sugar until it gets hard.

Now mix the caramelized sugar in the mixture.

Now make laddoos or barfi from it.

Your besan barfi is ready.....
