Ingredients

  1. For pani
  2. 1 cupCoriander
  3. 1/4mint
  4. 3-4green chilli
  5. 1small piece ginger
  6. 4-5garlic
  7. Black salt
  8. Pani puri masala
  9. 1 1/2 tspCumin
  10. Tamarind pulp as per taste
  11. 2-3cloves
  12. Masala
  13. 1/2 cupBoiled moong
  14. 1/2 cupBoiled chana
  15. 1/2 cupBoiled and mashed potato
  16. 1 1/2 tspGreen chutney
  17. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixture jar add coriander mint, chilli, ginger, garlic grind it nicely add salt and masala than add tamarind pulp and add chilled water.

  2. 2

    Roast cumin in a pan than crush it nicely than add in pani puri water. Roast cloves in pan than add in pani puri water. Keep it in refrigerator once it chilled nicely you can serve.

  3. 3

    Add all masala ingredients mix it nicely than fill in puri and serve with water.
