Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cupsMaida
  • 4Eggs
  • 3/4 cupPowder sugar
  • 3/4 cupButter
  • 3/4 TspBaking powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 tbspTutti fruity or almonds (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and then add sugar. Mix well.

    👉 Mix in egg one by one.

    👉 Add essence

    👉 Sift Maida with baking powder and salt.

    👉 Fold in the creamy batter with light hands.

    👉 Pour in a greased mould and bake in a preheated oven on 180• c for 30 Min or till the top turns brown.

    👉 Test with a needle. Cool & cut.
