  • 1 cupPalmoil
  • Salt
  • 2 cubesMaggi
  • 1medium sized cup Crayfish
  • 6 piecesPepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying plantain
  • 2medium sized Plantain

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Parboil the beans with salt let it be soft a bit rinse and keep.bleach red oil fry onion,green beans,red pepper,salt,maggi cubes and crayfish.

  2. 2

    Poir in the beans stir and add half cup of water to boil for 5minutes is ready.simplest way of makong porriage ever.
