Soak rice in cold water.Boil water in a sufuria.Add rice to the hot water,add salt to taste and cooking oil and let it cook until the rice is well cooked,drain excess water and leave the rice to dry well under low heat.

Put some oil in the sufuria.Add onions and pieces of chicken and let it cook for some time.

Add garlic and ginger to the mixture and stir.

Add tomatoes and salt to taste.Add a quarter cup of water and let it cook.

Serve while hot.
