Ingredients

1 Hour
  • 1 1/2-2 lbschicken
  • 2 CansWhite Northern Beans Drained
  • 2 Cansdiced Tomatoes Drained
  • 2 CansDiced Green Chilis
  • 1Small Onion
  • 2-3Jalapeno chopped
  • 1 TSPGarlic Powder
  • 1/2 CupGreen Tomatillo Sauce
  • 1 CartonSwanson Chicken Broth
  • 1 (8 oz.)Cream Cheese
  • 2 TBSOlive Oil
  • 1 TSPSea Salt
  • 1 TSPCracked Pepper
  • 1 TBSLime Juice
  • 2 TBSCilantro

Steps

1 Hour
  1. 1

    Take Chicken breasts and put in Wok. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Next add Sea Alt, Cracked Pepper. Start cooking on medium heat.

  2. 2

    Once chicken is tender, shred, and add Lime juice, and Cilantro. Continue cooking in Wok on Low. Set aside.

  3. 3

    In a large pot, Add White Beans Drained, Tomatoes Drained, Green Chillis, Jalapenos chopped, 1 Small Onion chopped, Garlic Powder, Tomatillo Sauce, and Chicken Broth. Simmer.

  4. 4

    Add Chicken to pot. Continue cooking on Low for 30 min.

  5. 5

    Cut up Cream Cheese into small pieces and drop in soup. Continue cooking on low until cheese is all melted. You are Done!

  6. 6

    Add shredded cheese, sour cream or guacamole, and fresh cilantro as garnish. Delish!!
