Steps

Make a paste of onion tomato and green chilli seperately and keep aside.

Heat a pan with mustard oil and add cumin seeds and let it to splutter.

Add onion paste,salt and saute till the raw aroma disappear. Add tomato and chilli paste saute for few min. Add turmeric and kashmiri red chilli powder and saute fot few minutes. Add boiled peas paneer cubes and fry it on medium flame. Add sugar and 1 cup hot milk and allow it to boil.

Add garam masala powder and butter.

Matar paneer is ready ro be served.
