Steps

Heat oil and fry the paneer and keep aside

Now add oil and temper Fenugreek seeds and green chillies

Add garlic crushed and saute well

Add ginger paste and saute well

Now add oinio slices saute well till it is soft and brown

Add cumin-coriander powder and saute

Mix salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder and pour the puree

As the purees is cooked well add paneer and sugar

Serve it with chapati or paratha
