Method:
In a broad pot or big wok put ghee and keep on flame, add sarole and 1 stick Cinnamon. Roast till nicely browned up, it takes few minutes to brown up. Add sugar, cardamom and coconut milk boil it while stirring. As it dries up add evaporated milk stir it. Keep on simmer can sprinkle little cardamom powder. When done add eggs (dig a small hole on sarole for each egg and let them cook on steam). Sprinkle cardamom powder and saffron strands on each egg, and almonds all over...
